Ooh, too bad it took Dad so long to get home, but at least Ems doesn't have to go back until tomorrow & you two don't have to take her back!
I am rather proud of my first Thanksgiving dinner--everything turned out really yummy! I used our family trick of cooking the turkey in a paper bag & it turned out nice & moist.
Ours was good too..I felt the most prepared in a long time..Usually I'm running like crazy, but got the house clean in stages AND IT STAYED THAT WAY (no kids around). The turkey was a bit dry, but it was the first time in our new oven..it was still good. Got to meet Nathan's fiancee..they're getting married 12/17..eek..
