Everybody tune in to CBS 60 Minutes this Sunday, June 12th, at 7pm ET/PT. They are re-broadcasting the story of Beatrice Biira, a young woman in rural Africa whose life was transformed when her family received a goat from Heifer International.
Travel with Beatrice back to her village in Uganda to visit other families that have received Heifer dairy goats and how they have improved their diet and income.
It's an incredible story and a great testimony to the work of Heifer International.
Check your local listing--in the Seattle area 60 Minutes will be on Kiro 7 at 7pm.
Side note: I'll be able to watch it also as one of my traveling companions has a sinus infection & we are not able to go kayaking in the San Juans this weekend. We will reschedule our trip for later this summer.
