I had a wonderful, busy Saturday yesterday.
Chris & I snowshoed along part of the Pacific Crest Trail on Snoqualmie Pass. It was absolutely beautiful--sparkly snow laid out in front of us, snowflakes falling down, & her great dog Coal stepping on our snowshoes. :)
Perhaps the best part of our hike was the incredible spider webs we found. Parts of web were dripping from the tree branches, snowflakes clinging to the invisible strands. It was nature's own tinsel!
In this photo below it looks like beautiful jewelry.
That evening, Levi & I went to our friends Kelly & Jerry's Christmas party. Here's the lovely hostess serving up some stuffed mushrooms. Yum!
Auntie Jen reading the girls their bedtime story.
After the Millar's party, we quickly changed to attend an "Ugly Christmas Sweater" party at the Collins. Here we are in all our glory.
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Happy week to all!

sounds like a very fun day, indeed! we want to go up to the snow, too! i love your christmas sweater with the lights on it--will it be at the swap on wednesday? :)
The Christmas sweater will unfortunately not be sticking around--it was borrowed from old inventory at work & will be retutned to Nordy tomorrow.
We should plan a snowshoeing outing in the New Year. They are easy to rent if you don't own any.
I get you're looking forward to this last week of school being over & starting winter break! Have a great week & I hope to see you on Wednesday. :)
MAN you guys were busy this weekend!
Those snow pictures ARE beautiful!
That's one of our favorite winter activites too. Although we didn't get up last year with little Ella. Maybe this year!
And that ugly sweater party...Ha ha that's great! : )
We have growth group on Wednesday so I won't be able to make it to the swap...this year. Have a fun time!
Love, Aleah
I love the sweater! That's awesome! I don't think I'm able to come to the clothing swap tomorrow. thanks for the invite, though. But you're invited to our open house on Sunday anytime between 2-6pm. And ours is a tacky Christmas sweater party, too. email me for directions if you're interested: mandy@ffmc.org
